Since 2014, Keith Wing Custom Builders has been doing the latter, delighting owners with one-of-a-kind dream homes. We’re a “dirt up” custom home builder in South Texas and the Hill Country that’s with you every step of the way: through the planning, design and construction processes.

There are no handoffs from the salesman to the builder that so often result in details being missed. At Keith Wing Custom Builders, you’ll work directly with our team throughout the entire process, utilizing a smartphone app to ensure everything in your custom home is built just the way you want it.

Our current focus is building between I-35 and 281, North of Loop 1604 in the greater San Antonio area that includes Spring Branch, New Braunfels, Garden Ridge, San Marcos, Wimberley, Lake LBJ and Lake McQueeney. We also specialize in waterfront and build-on-your-lot construction. And as our customers can attest, Keith only builds it like he would live in it.

Our Team

Keith Wing founded Keith Wing Custom Builders in 2014 and has delighted many customers with high-quality homes. Through his customer-centric process, Keith enjoys interacting with his clients and creates an outstanding experience for them. But his path to becoming one of the best custom home builders in San Antonio and South Texas has been an interesting one.

Keith graduated from Indiana State University in 1998 and was preparing for the exam to attend law school. But a change of heart led him to begin his professional career—he found his way to San Antonio in 2002 where he worked as a sales rep for Allegiance Telecom. His relentless pursuit of customer service quickly led to his promotion to regional Vice President. 

In 2006, he left his job to join custom home builders Mattern and Fitzgerald. His organizational and project management skills allowed him to thrive in the role where he learned of the importance of using quality materials, building for energy efficiency and adhering to the highest construction standards. Through 2014, he built over 70 custom homes in the Northeast part of San Antonio when he left the company to start Keith Wing Custom Builders. 

Keith has seen first hand how customer satisfaction has been instrumental to his professional success—he's proud to have it as a cornerstone for Keith Wing Custom Home Builders.

Keith has been married to his wife Amy for thirteen years and has two children, Riley and Graham. When he’s not building custom homes in South Texas, Keith enjoys his family, sports and spending time at the lake.

Director of Finance

Brenda Wamsley graduate from Indiana University with a degree in Business Administration. Brenda has over 25 years in Office Management experience with 12 years of that in the Custom Home Building industry. She enjoys working with homeowners to make the building process an exceptional experience from start to finish. Brenda has been married to her husband Mike for over 20 years and she enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends and their two golden retrievers. 



Tricia is a valued and trusted team player, with over thirty years of customer service and client relations experience. She works closely with the Keith Wing Team and is vital in the communication process. Tricia is very passionate about assisting our clients during the construction of their new custom home and thrives on helping assure an excellent, fun experience throughout this exciting time. Tricia and her husband, Jeff, have 4 grown children, which come with the added blessings of beautiful grandchildren. Tricia enjoys spending time with her family & friends, relaxing outdoors and traveling, but is always happy to come home to the beautiful Texas Hill Country.


JEFF Lloyd
Director of ConstructioN
New Braunfels

Jeff has over 30 years in the home construction industry, and over 15 years of project manager experience in Austin, Houston, Lake Jackson and the San Antonio areas. He brings years of knowledge, experience and creativity to the home building experience. Jeff has an excellent track record of strong working relationships with homeowners, architects, trades, and engineers; resulting in a successful construction experiences. Jeff is married to his wife Tricia and has four kids, Sesalle, Laci, Brittany and Matthew, three grand kids Amelia, Rowen and Sawyer. When he’s not building, he enjoys working on his property, playing golf with his wife, and spending time with his kids and grandchildren.


Jonathan Reyes
Director of ConstructioN

Jonathan Reyes graduated from Texas A&M University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He started in the construction industry as a Warranty Manager and has since worked his way up to become Director of Construction. Attention to detail and focus on customer service are his number one priorities. He prides himself in finishing his projects within the promised, given timeframe. During his free time, Jonathan enjoys attending sporting events (especially Aggie football games), traveling and being around friends and family.


Iram Lopez
Assistant Project Manager

Iram has over 15 years of experience in general construction, specializing in wood and metal frame projects. With an attention to customer service and exceeding expectations for his clients, no job is too big or too small for Iram to take on. When he's not working on homes, Iram enjoys fishing and boating on a lake.  

Jacob Shreve
Assistant Project Manager

Jacob is prior Aviation Ordnance with the United States Navy and combination welder. With an eagerness to learn and high attention to detail, the job will always be done on time with extreme professionalism. On his free time, Jacob enjoys spending time with family and friends. 


Cynde Parker
Office Manager

Cynde has over 30 years of management experience, a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence. She believes in building relationships based on integrity and professionalism. Cynde has been married to her husband Jim for over 26 years and has the three beautiful, grown daughters, Casey, Corley-Ann, Sarah and a teenage grandson, Jaxson who can do no wrong in his Mimi’s eyes. In her free time, Cynde relaxes by reading books, enjoying the good company of others, a nice glass of wine, and has no doubts that random acts of kindness do matter.

Brian Hagale
Assistant Project Manager

Brian graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 and has nine years of experience in both commercial and home building. While in college, Brian began his career in real estate by purchasing, managing and leasing rental property. He enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
